The Latin American version of the SSOW forms part of a series of events in different regions of the world that seek to foster the incorporation of best practices and technological disruptions (such as RPA and artificial intelligence) by the shared services industry and companies that supply solutions.

The event is organized by the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON), one of the world’s largest and most established communities of shared services and outsourcing professionals, with over 120,000 members.

It will be attended by executives such as the VPs, directors and managers of shared services and global services centers as well as of the functions and processes they perform such as supply, finance, human resources and IT. Geographically, their profile is 65% from Latin America, 30% from the United States and 5% from Europe.
