InvestChile is a strategic partner of the Scale VC program, a cycle of activities being organized by Endeavor between July and September. The purpose of this initiative is to connect family offices and venture capital funds in Chile with international role models to share best practice and boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is a priority niche for InvestChile because of its potential to generate business opportunities and strengthen the country as a regional hub.

On August 5 is held the panel 'Positioning your firm and attracting top founders talent' in which two different sides of the same coin, Caio and Federico explore one of the most important elements of the job: positioning your firm to attract top founders talent. Each VC has their own style in keeping with their mentality, positioning and investing mindset. This panel is moderated by Beatriz Herrera, International Network Coordinator and Investment Promotion Executive at InvestChile.
