“Transforma Alimentos” is a public-private initiative to promote innovation in the food industry that is promoted by Chile’s economic development agency, CORFO, and supported by the Agriculture Ministry. On October 20, it will launch the ‘Food Innovation Catalogue 2021’, an annual publication showcasing the 50 most innovative products and highlighting the 10 solutions that are most in tune with global trends in healthy eating, digital transformation and sustainable production and consumption.

InvestChile will participate on the panel to listen to pitches from the 10 finalists and select a winner.
