The public-private initiative Digital Talent for Chile, together with InvestChile, Chile’s Foreign Investment Promotion Agency, are organizing this discussion with the aim of analyzing the challenges, advances and opportunities of encouraging “upskilling” or improvement of skills and competencies, geared towards the world of data, in the context of the increasing need for digital human capital.
