This panel about "Digital transformation" consists of doing things differently with the use of ICT but without losing the essence. To increase the well-being of the population, it is imperative to promote the digital transformation of organizations, companies, governments of the three levels and society as a whole.  It is a priority to focus public policies towards the introduction of technological tools that allow the digitization of procedures and in general of productivity.
